In a unique partnership, Plexus has been providing guidance to HealthNet TPO regarding organizational issues related to the challenging and rapidly changing field of development aid. HealthNet TPO is a knowledge-based Dutch NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) that focuses on structural rehabilitation of healthcare in fragile states. By developing and validating intervention tools Plexus and HealthNet TPO are improving healthcare for everyone.
 
In the draft version of the 2009 Annual Report HealthNet TPO describes "Ready for the Future", a project that was developed under the direction of Plexus.
